Product Tag - heavy duty ejector punch

Hardened, tempered, shaft fine ground finished.
Completely assembled with coil spring, pin bolt and ejector.
Spring presure of ejector can be adjusted at pin bolt on head.

Hot forged head. The shank of the punch is finely ground and lapped after heat treatment and tempering. The ground head guarantees that it is perfectly coaxial with the shank. The reduction is concentric to the shank with a maximum tolerance of 0.01 mm.
