Heat treatment and oil quenching, temperted make the ejector pin have heavy hardness and high ductility, then prolong the working life.

High Quality ejector pins made from superior quality hotwork die steel1.2344(h13). Heads through hot forged for uniform grain composition to increase tensile strength, then annealed to permit easier machining, stamping,punching and any processing
Material: Skd61(1.2344), HSS(High speed steel,M2, 1.3343,SKH51), Suj2(EN52100), SC45,WS(1.2516),HWS (1.2080)tool steel 1.2067 or similar
Hardness: Head Hrc45-50, body Hrc 58-62 Nitrided Surface≥ HV960(HRC65-70), can well work upto high temperature 650℃
